Pangasius fillet with spices in a pan
-500gr. Pangasius fillet (or 4 pcs)
-1 Tsp vegeta
How to prepare:
-Any Pangasius fillet is cut into 3 parts
-Mix equal amounts of the spices according to your taste and sprinkle on both sides of each fillet cut
-Leave for about 10-15min
-Then put a little ketchup on each piece on both sides
-Fry on medium heat on both sides
Thus prepared tenderloin can be served with:
-salad with fresh vegetables
